WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
The Service Desk Analyst will function as the first line of support within the IT Operations team.
Assist the organization's internal employees with Tier I and II with IT support cases, regarding maintenance, troubleshooting and installations.
Provide enterprise level technical support across an internal employee size of 2,000 employees, spanning globally.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
1-2 years of experience within an IT Support role.
Hands-on background working with Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Office365.
Basic networking and hardware experience, with familiarity of networks and printer administration.
