WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The Service Desk Analyst will function as the first line of support within the IT Operations team.
  • Assist the organization's internal employees with Tier I and II with IT support cases, regarding maintenance, troubleshooting and installations.
  • Provide enterprise level technical support across an internal employee size of 2,000 employees, spanning globally.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience within an IT Support role.
  • Hands-on background working with Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Office365.
  • Basic networking and hardware experience, with familiarity of networks and printer administration.
