LOCATION:

• Charlotte, NC (South Park) - HYBRID

WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Serve as SME and HRIT Project Lead for the deployment of new Workday Modules focusing on any of the following: US Payroll, People Experience, Peakon, Talent Optimization, People Analytics
• Proactively identify optimization and automation opportunities and support strategic initiatives related to Workday functionality. Prepare HRIT process flows, procedures and job aids as needed
• Conduct data analysis/rationalization and cleanup on Workday HCM. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data
• Partner effectively with all stakeholders including payroll, HR Service Center, COE’s, IT and external consultant

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 4-5 years' of Workday HCM/Payroll experience - Workday HCM or Payroll Certification is a plus
• Demonstrated working knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration
• Proven ability to use computer software and applications to share, retrieve, research and present business information. Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (v-lookups, formulas)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attentive to detail and passions for accuracy. Goal driven, self-motivated, organized, multi-tasker, committed to excellence, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
