WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead, direct and execute UX design strategies for varying products.
- Lead design workshops with product teams.
- Translate UX Research insights into actionable design tasks and delegate/ execute accordingly.
- Mentor and coach team members on design process and implementation.
- Work on user experience across mobile, web and app. experiences for eCommerce and connected technologies.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
- 3+ years of UX / Product Design experience.
- Expert knowledge of Figma (Sketch, InVision or Principle a plus).
- Portfolio demonstrating hands on execution of wireframes, lo-fi / hi- fi prototypes, user flows, etc.
- Demonstrated experience designing from concept to production.
- Experience working cross functionally with UX Researcher, Product and Engineering teams.
