Collaborate with UX, product and digital strategy partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities
Using a mobile-first mindset, create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, specifications, annotations, and other documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the experience
Explore new opportunities for the design system to ensure not only brand continuity, but its evolution
Govern the experience throughout its development lifecycle to ensure integrity of information architecture and usability guidelines
Flexibility to iterate on and negotiate feedback from collaborative partners in
real time for exceptional customer experiences
Continually explore the competitive landscape and trends within the financial service market
Maintain a working knowledge of emerging user interface, interaction design standards and
