WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Preparation of federal and state income tax returns, and all necessary workpapers, tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions
• Provide assistance into ASC 740 and corporate taxation policies along with a strong understanding of US GAAP and IRS regulations
• Corporate taxation exposure including C-Corp and LLC understandings
• Prepare supporting data, work papers, and draft memos to provide to tax authorities and respond to audit queries explaining our filing positions
• Collaborate with various internal functional areas and countries, including within the Tax Department itself; coordinate with external service providers; and work in a process oriented and team environment

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• Public Accounting Background or large corporate tax experience
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Federal and State Taxation including ASC 740 understanding
• OneSource Income Tax and Tax Provision Preferred
