• Act as the primary technical lead, offering both strategic direction and hands-on coding.
• Work closely with the cross-functional team, ensuring seamless integration and a remarkable user experience.
• Lead the transition to enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Engage in full stack development of systems, training course materials, and integrate with current platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations, BizDev, and Development groups.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Expertise in enterprise-grade software development with an emphasis on UX.
• Expertise in modern coding languages and frameworks such as, but not limited to:  
  • Javascript
  • TypeScript
  • Python
• Proficient with various tech stacks. Flexibility to adapt and learn new technologies.
• Ability to code for extended hours while maintaining performance quality.
• Strategic mindset with a keen eye for problem-solving.
