LOCATION:
- Charlotte, NC
- Hybrid preferred - 2/3 days on site per week
- Remote will be considered with the ability to travel on-site once per month
- Must be able to work east coast time zone.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Design and develop high scale applications using modern technologies and techniques.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications from across all layers (I.e., Data, integration, business logic, and UI/UX).
- Integrate and customize third-party SaaS services and applications.
- Work with the application development team to make decisions on tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Mentor team members on best practices and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with IT team and business stakeholders at all levels on project delivery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to devise, strengthen, and implement application security, and protect against OWASP vulnerabilities.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- BS degree in computer science or related field required.
- 4+ years of experience the Software Engineering and Application Development space.
- Hands on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI.
- Specialization in backend and middle-tier development.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Experience working in a small, nimble team that owns development and projects
- Self-Starter and ownership mentality. Ability to work with little oversight
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Cloud service providers (Azure preferred)
- Integration and ETL tools (I.e., Dell Boomi)
- Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience implementing Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI builds and releases.
