- Assist the development team with building applications on the Salesforce platform
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of Salesforce management tasks; creating internal applications, providing support, and contributing to related areas for a number of projects in coordination with the project management and development teams
- Work with project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Develop front end applications and process automation on the Salesforce platform
- Consult on UI/UX designs, wireframes, and flows with the leadership team.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and Salesforce features and functionality.
- Build mechanisms and follow best practices to prevent performance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer building front-end solutions
- Experience with Lightning Components, APEX, Lightning Web Components, and/or SOQL
- Experience with related web technologies like: jQuery, SOAP, and REST
- Knowledge and practical experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in a geographically dispersed environment
- Experience handling numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Self-motivated, creative thinking, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
