WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and with quality, within established thresholds. 
  • Define and prepare project scope, goals (benefits), budget, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Build and execute project communication plans for project governance, status, and health.  
  • Actively tracks critical path, % complete, project and task dependencies, and actively updates forecast for completion. 
  • Facilities the change process to alter project baselines or achieve expected business outcomes. 
  • Articulate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 
  • Partners with division business leaders to formally integrate change management best practices and frameworks to ensure sustainability of solution implemented.

HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, leading medium to large projects as the assigned Project Manager accountable for success.
  • 5+ years in a client or senior stakeholder facing role, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record of scoping/planning/managing projects from start to finish
  • Ability to manage and properly prioritize simultaneous projects
  • Exposure and experience with Lean, PMI, 6s or Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience in rental, equipment, or related industries strongly preferred
  • PMP or relevant certification preferred not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, General Business, Management, or similar studies.
