WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Partner with business leaders to establish programs and define program scope based on key business objectives.
Facilitate the analysis and reporting on programs / projects within the initiative and the development of recommendations regarding change requests
Communicate information, with diplomacy, upwards to the leadership team, across to the stakeholders, and down to programs and projects
Proactively drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders
Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communications across the initiative
Develops business rationale for change including costs, benefits, and tradeoffs.
Drive change adoption through employee readiness, training, and effective control plans
Drive integration with partners such as Finance, Risk, Audit to ensure that all control functions are involved
Coordinate with the Institutional Lifetime Income business management team for initiative level reporting, interdependency management, performance management, and issue, risk and change review and escalation
Provide business management support for enterprise product management teams in terms of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
10+ years relevant background experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
Ability to lead complex business-readiness efforts, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced communication and collaboration capabilities
Experience in developing project plans, stakeholder maps, budget management, resource management, risk, and contingency planning
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred with SAFe certification or other change management certification a plus
Knowledge and understanding of enterprise products, services, processes, and systems platforms preferred but not necessary
