WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with business leaders to establish programs and define program scope based on key business objectives.
  • Facilitate the analysis and reporting on programs / projects within the initiative and the development of recommendations regarding change requests
  • Communicate information, with diplomacy, upwards to the leadership team, across to the stakeholders, and down to programs and projects
  • Proactively drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communications across the initiative
  • Develops business rationale for change including costs, benefits, and tradeoffs.
  • Drive change adoption through employee readiness, training, and effective control plans
  • Drive integration with partners such as Finance, Risk, Audit to ensure that all control functions are involved
  • Coordinate with the Institutional Lifetime Income business management team for initiative level reporting, interdependency management, performance management, and issue, risk and change review and escalation
  • Provide business management support for enterprise product management teams in terms of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 10+ years relevant background experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Ability to lead complex business-readiness efforts, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Experience in developing project plans, stakeholder maps, budget management, resource management, risk, and contingency planning
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred with SAFe certification or other change management certification a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise products, services, processes, and systems platforms preferred but not necessary
