WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee the monthly accounting close process including analytical review of monthly operating results to ensure accurate, fair, and complete accounting records are maintained
• Assist with the Company’s annual close process
• Ensure proper revenue and cost recognition on projects in accordance with company policies, including accruals.
• Perform a high-level project analysis to highlight the main factors impacting project performance for the current period, while communicating financial risks.
• Prevent inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting

• Document and standardize transaction processes. Review and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure revenue transactions are recorded in accordance with ASC 606 for all contract types including hourly, unit and fixed price.
• Review and monitor AP costs and cost accruals to ensure appropriate cutoff

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• Bachelor’s Degree; in finance or accounting or other related field.
• MBA / CPA Preferred
• Strong exposure and understanding of US GAAP
• Exceptional technical skills including large ERP systems and Excel
• Ability to work well within a team, lead, and deliver analytical and detailed financial reports
