WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Our client's personal loans team is helping members achieve their financial goals of paying off their high cost debt using lower cost loans. Their mission is to be the most trusted advisor and help members on their journey to be debt free. 
  • Partner directly with the personal loan business to business vertical team and outside partners to design the ideal consumer journey for application for personal loans products
  • Responsible for designing a flow for members to create partner accounts
  • As well as design member income and employment verification flows
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop value-driving strategies

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 1-2 years of product experience
  • Must have expert-level understanding of Figma
  • Must use KPL components for all design deliverables
  • Experience designing forms and funnel optimizations a plus.
  • Creative product thinker with strong product ability. Can partner closely with design to craft simple and delightful experiences, even in the face of complex constraints and requirements
  • Fintech background preferred
