- Support accounting processes for Payroll, Tax, Equity Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure Payroll reconciliation processes are effective and completed timely, including monthly account analyses and resolutions
- Assist with pay period payroll journal entries and manage payroll general ledger by completing the GL month end payroll posting process
- Analyze data from payroll reports and the general ledger to ensure proper accounting and identify, research, and resolve any issues noted
- Manages the integrity and processing of varied payroll cycles for salaried and hourly employees. Monitors compliance with supervisory approval requirements, follow up on non-compliance, and provides supervisory training as needed.
- Assist with data feed processes to service providers, including medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance, COBRA, FSA, and HSA, as well as 401k administrators.
- 5+ years accounting experience and payroll experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Area Highly Preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Preferred
- Proficient user of MS Excel
- Strong understanding of UKG Payroll preferred
