WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Support accounting processes for Payroll, Tax, Equity Compensation and Benefits
Ensure Payroll reconciliation processes are effective and completed timely, including monthly account analyses and resolutions
Assist with pay period payroll journal entries and manage payroll general ledger by completing the GL month end payroll posting process
Analyze data from payroll reports and the general ledger to ensure proper accounting and identify, research, and resolve any issues noted
Manages the integrity and processing of varied payroll cycles for salaried and hourly employees. Monitors compliance with supervisory approval requirements, follow up on non-compliance, and provides supervisory training as needed.
Assist with data feed processes to service providers, including medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance, COBRA, FSA, and HSA, as well as 401k administrators.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
5+ years accounting experience and payroll experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Area Highly Preferred
