  • Leverage expertise in ad server campaign setup and creative execution with the ability to manage and administer digital media campaigns within Google Campaign Manager
  • Intensely focuses on operational excellence within AdTech and martech ecosystems
  • Works cross-functionally with internal and external partners to develop solutions that enable campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
  • Maintains and communicates technical specs to internal and external partners
  • Supports the Audience Specialist in leading the vision and approach for audience strategy and activation across audience data management platforms
  • Implements, conducts quality assurance, and manages all 3rd party vendor tags across all company properties, ensuring they are functioning as intended or removed as needed
  • Vets and implements technology partners including ad-serving, 3rd party verification, and performance tracking



  • Bachelors degree in marketing or other related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital media/adtech experience working in digital ad operations, including comprehensive knowledge of process and platforms supporting data collection and campaign execution.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, creation and execution of marketing plans, digital and database marketing, tagging, and programmatic
  • Strong understanding of ad servers and 4th party servers (like Jivox, Flashtalking, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital ad specs and technical limitations of different formats
  • Experience with online data management and optimization platforms
  • Experience with ad tech tools such as onboarding platforms (LiveRamp)
  • Understanding of the paid digital media landscape
  • Strong analytical ability and project management skills
  • Proven ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
