WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for sourcing and contracting activities in support of various Enterprise Lines of business, with focus on Technology sponsored software procurement initiatives
Ability to participate in the identification and management of supplier risk including negotiating contracts, statements of work and the completion of risk assessments for suppliers providing various goods and services through established acquisition processes
Assists manager in analyzing data and recommending enhancements and various process management needs for Supply Chain
Ability to initiate and execute small to medium scale projects managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
Collaborate with lines of business to deliver best in industry value when fulfilling requests for goods and managing suppliers and supplier risk as part of the supply chain team, maximizing compliance and optimizing spend against established contracts and supplier programs.
Lead multiple projects as an individual contributor, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal business partners.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
3+ years of sourcing and contracting experience with focus on IT goods and services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels
