- Partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated to a project and to ensure requirements are properly defined and documented
- Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following the standard project management processes and methodologies
- Engage all different teams involved (regionally and globally) to ensure the best solution is put forward and appropriate resources are assigned
- Ensure delivery of expected business benefits within the approved timeline, budget and scope
- 8+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects of diverse size and complexity in a variety of areas; Business Systems, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Digital/IoT
- Experience with ERP Implementations/Upgrades (SAP strongly preferred)
- Prior experience with M&A-related projects
- Prior experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain domain
- Professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical individuals at any level within the company
- Formal training in Project Management, PMP or other Project Management certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with technology project management methodologies. (e.g. waterfall, agile, iterative) and knowing when to one method is more applicable than another
