WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Works with business partners, learning & development and subject matter experts to create, curate and/or select learning content, and implement, maintain, and measure learning/performance solutions. Utilizes performance-consulting techniques to engage with the business and determine performance gaps.
Has a solid understanding of analytics and can interpret data that will ultimately form the foundation for future projects. Integrates directly with business to architect solutions in support of the industry leading set of commerce tools that are built to facilitate customized B2B ordering and optimized B2C experiences.
Creates tools for leaders that allow leaders to coach and teach sellers as well as hold them accountable. Works along side the sales team while focusing on digital selling. Develops content for the micro learning platform, webinars, etc. Designs content so that it may scale across all necessary learning paths by leveraging a universal design approach.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
The ideal candidate will posses a solid understanding of behavioral science, data analytics and marketing, in order to deliver a powerful user experience.
Needs experience integrating directly with business to architect solutions in support of our industry leading set of commerce tools built to facilitate customized B2B ordering and optimized B2C experiences.
3 years of learning & development experience with design-creation of organization programs and curricula using various modalities while using e-learning as the delivery method including objective and soft skills. Micro Learning is a plus.
Experience with instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) with application of adult learning theory demonstrated in instruction design techniques. Preference is HPT Performance Consulting model.
