WHERE THIS SITS:
Onsite in Raleigh, NC with domestic travel 1-2x per month
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for enterprise-wide corporate communications, including both internal communications, external communications, media relations, crisis communications, brand communications, brand positioning and employment branding.
Will partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership team.
Manages a division of 18 (with 5 direct reports), composed of an external communications team, internal communication and recruiting team, digital team, and design team.
Will serve as a player-coach, unhesitant to contribute to writing and editing or managing projects as needs arise.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
10-15+ years of corporate communications leadership experience, preferably within the professional services or another B2B industry is required
5-10+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports is required
Expertise in internal communications, media relations and public relations is required
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, crisis communications, brand positioning, and brand communications is required
