THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5+ years progressive leadership experience in Customer Experience (CX) strategy, Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, User Experience, or Service Design project management required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Agency or consulting experience preferred
  • B2B industry experience preferred
  • Master’s in Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Human Factors or similar preferred
  • CCXP certification preferred
