WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and test performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations for testing and optimization, and build out respective dashboards
  • Own A/B and multivariate testing design, measurement plan, segmentation, and analysis
  • Support the entire enterprise by analyzing key digital metrics related to marketing campaigns, A/B and multivariate website testing, and personalization efforts.
  • Own marketing website reporting as it relates to personalization and testing
  • Track conversion rate optimization efforts and other various success metrics including custom analytic needs for measurement plans
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, share campaign and test findings, and work to improve business metrics
  • Performs daily testing analysis using various raw data sources and Adobe tools to evaluate and monitor experiences and conversion
  • Create, revamp, and maintain dashboards in Power BI for internal stakeholders that track lessons learned and key impacts from personalization efforts and testing hypothesis
  • Help prioritize backlog for projects of varying visibility and complexity

 

 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience of data mining, optimization, and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of statistical programming packages such as R or SAS
  • Strong knowledge of data preparation programs such as SQL or Python, preferred
  • Strong background in relational databases and data management concepts
  • Understanding of website and testing data with experience using Adobe products, specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manger
  • Working knowledge of Power BI dashboard building and reporting including experience with DAX (or similar data visualization/dashboarding tool like Tableau)
  • Familiarity working with Celebrus and Pega a plus
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into clear action-oriented recommendations for the business
  • Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly and concisely to individuals from diverse backgrounds
