Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 2/3 escalated technical issues
Thorough Knowledge, Support, and Troubleshooting of AV, presentation, web conferencing and teleconferencing equipment
Ability to install, cable and troubleshoot projectors, large screen TVs, webcams, microphones, and conferencing phones.
Strong printer troubleshooting and configuration including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode label, dot matrix and high-volume scanners.
Advanced troubleshooting and configuration of VOIP handset/headset devices.
Advanced setup, troubleshooting, and configuration of Apple cell phones.
Advanced ability to troubleshoot and configure of Apple iPads, Windows tablets, and Android tablets.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
5 years of experience in corporate communications or training design, development, and delivery in a project-based environment
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Innovative writing skills with the ability to create quality work designed for the specific audience
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to self-prioritize work and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
