  • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 2/3 escalated technical issues
  • Thorough Knowledge, Support, and Troubleshooting of AV, presentation, web conferencing and teleconferencing equipment
  • Ability to install, cable and troubleshoot projectors, large screen TVs, webcams, microphones, and conferencing phones.
  • Strong printer troubleshooting and configuration including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode label, dot matrix and high-volume scanners.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and configuration of VOIP handset/headset devices.
  • Advanced setup, troubleshooting, and configuration of Apple cell phones.
  • Advanced ability to troubleshoot and configure of Apple iPads, Windows tablets, and Android tablets.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in corporate communications or training design, development, and delivery in a project-based environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Innovative writing skills with the ability to create quality work designed for the specific audience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to self-prioritize work and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
