WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Partner with leadership team to build out the future of compensation structure company wide
  • Perform market compensation analysis and internal analysis for job evaluations and provide salary recommendations for internal promotions and new hires
  • Develop accurate job descriptions with grading templates and monitor compensation practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Consult with Management on issues and questions related to compensation. Partner with talent acquisition in assessing job offers.
  • Conduct Data and cost analyst work to assess current and create strategies about future state compensation needs

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in compensation analysis and management
  • Ability to work autonomously  and strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to compensation and variable pay programs, FLSA, Title VII, Equal Pay Act, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and communicate data. Experience with Excel
  • Understanding of compensation theory and conduct audits to work with applicable partners to ensure the HRIS meets compensation's needs
