WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Responsible for compensation activities including job evaluation, market pay analysis, internal impact analysis, cost projections, data audit and analysis, implementation and communication strategies, to improve current compensation practices.
Development and implementation of compensation structure that includes designing job levels, analyzing incumbent impact, mapping jobs, building pay structures and roll out to HR and Leaders.
Craft meaningful internal communications around the value of our rewards, including conducting manager and employee rewards trainings.
Provide consultative advice as needed on all compensation issues and provide analytic support as needed.
Create and provide training on a compensation guide for managers that articulates the compensation philosophy and process for requesting job evaluations and salary adjustments.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to HR teammates, Finance, and Business Leaders.
Ensure the delivery of our rewards and benefits programs are market-competitive, aligned with our business strategy, compliant and equitable across all diversity lenses
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of relevant compensation experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions or solutions to business issues.
Experience that includes the ownership and implementation of an organization-wide job architecture project including designing job levels, mapping jobs, analyzing incumbent impact, building pay structures and roll out to HR and Leaders.
Experience with salary survey participation including data audits, validation, benchmarking, and recommending additional compensation data sources.
Ability to develop analytics from multiple datasets and communicate “data stories” in a clear and meaningful way
Strong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through
