WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Help evolve and maintain Credit Karma’s brand positioning, how it’s articulated, how it is best deployed, and how it can optimally influence the consumer—in messaging and across all experiential touchpoints in the marketing and product ecosystem
Work with leads across the company to write marketing and product playbooks on how our evolved brand positioning should be brought to life.
Write creative briefs for integrated marketing campaigns for our most important launches.
Help evolve, define, share out and maintain Credit Karma’s brand architecture and approach to naming new products
Maintain a deep understanding of the Credit Karma brand through ongoing trackers/research, and institute programs that ensure health and transformation of our brand
Be the “voice of the consumer” by sharpening and integrating existing segmentation into marketing, and by helping to formalize target audiences across marketing channels
Lead best practices of brand, marketing, and communications planning strategies across the organization, collaborating with leaders to shape strategies into action
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
3+ years of experience as a content writer and/or brand development
Expertise in creating and establishing a voice for brands
