WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Banking Products & Services, Business Development and Analytics teams to define KPIs and scope dashboard requirements
• Analyze/curate large volumes of data using BigQuery
• Design, build and maintain dashboards in Looker
• Build automated reports and alerts using Looker dashboards and email/Slack integrations
• Develop and own validation processes to ensure data accuracy across dashboards and data sources
• Resolve issues and bug fixes as part of the validation process and maintain backlog for dashboard enhancements
• Provide recommendations for reporting improvements and build proof-of-concept processes utilizing best practices for data management.
• Build dashboard tutorials, document process flows, best practices, and requirements of various use cases in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc dashboard and data requests to provide insights to various teams
• Work with the business development teams to research data issues, data validation and sign-offs
• Build, develop and provide training on new and existing dashboards to various business units

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 4+ years of experience with SQL
• 4+ years of experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tool
• Strong problem-solver able to identify opportunities for growth or improvement to advance the goals of our both our partners and our business
• Familiarity with banking risk concepts and KPIs (including fraud)
• Experience with software development, especially in building automation
• Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly, and confidently in verbal and written communications
• Ability to independently thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• Ability to work cross functionally and assert influence internally/externally
