WHAT YOU WILL DO 
  • Ability to independently lead projects from start to finish, accurately executing advanced analytics, and effectively communicating results to Management and Senior Leadership
  • Train, mentor, and/or develop entry-level analyst, overseeing project responsibilities and performance management
  • Work collaboratively as a part of the product development, pricing, and/or reserving processes, developing rate and/or reserve indications, segmentation analyses, and predictive models

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 
  • 4+ years of experience in actuarial roles
  • 5 or more Casualty Actuarial Society exams required
  • Programming skills in SAS/SQL/R
  • High level of problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
  • ACAS or near ACAS preferred
