  • Collaboratively implement, maintain, and support highly available and scalable Active Directory and Citrix Workspace solutions in a multi-forest environment.
  • Implement scalable solutions to support critical infrastructure services running in Active Directory, such as LDAP, DNS, as well as other authentication and identity solutions
  • Design, document, test, and implement appropriate backup and disaster-recovery mechanisms for all Microsoft enterprise platforms (Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, etc.)
  • Continually improve processes, security posture, and operational efficiency using automation such as Group Policy, PowerShell, and other tools to optimize, maintain, and secure Active Directory and Windows systems.
  • Participate in identifying and remediating security risks, responding to internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and certification entities.
  • Work closely with end-user support teams, security teams, and IT infrastructure team engineers to structure and define appropriate domain structure, sites, services, trusts, and OU/GPO hierarchy to support all elements of end-user, desktop, server, and core processing platforms
  • Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues ranging through hardware, operating system, application, network, and information security platforms while working closely with a variety of infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at inventive and long-term solutions.


  • 5 or more years of experience managing Active Directory environments to include multi forest and Active Directory Federation Services
  • Strong knowledge of directory services and related technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, LDAP/LDAPS, PKI and other associated tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server versions 2012-2019
  • Experience working in a medium to large, multinational company, preferably with Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management tools (HFM, Hyperion Essbase or other financial reporting/consolidation software) is preferred
  • 3+ years experience with PowerShell
  • Architectural knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure components, including routing, firewalls, servers, and enterprise storage/SANs. Able to resolve highly complex technical problems at the enterprise level
  • Experience delivering IT solutions using industry leading security best practices. Possesses a "security-first" mindset.
  • Cloud experience is a plus AzureGCP
  • Knowledge of VMWare a plus
  • Knowledge of O365 a plus
