WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Exceptional Debit and Credit journal entry experience is a MUST
Payroll, & fringe benefit responsibilities including journal entries, workpapers, and reporting requirements
Calculating and monitoring indirect costs on a monthly, quarterly, and annualized basis
Capital, fixed asset and depreciation maintenance. Prepaid Asset maintenance and reconciliation
Intercompany due to / from account maintenance. Communication with stakeholders in various entities
A/R and A/P days outstanding governance
Year End Audit responsibilities
Must possess an advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Applications including advanced formulas, pivot tables, V-Lookups, and other advanced methods for extracting and importing information in financial systems
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Minimum 3-6 Years experience of work experience in a financial or accounting environment
Must possess High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelors’ Degree from and accredited university
Non-Profit or Government Entity experience will be a plus
