  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial information, advice, and transaction support to key stakeholders for strategic growth initiatives for the Controller’s Team
  • Assist with the month-end accounting close process; ensuring timely completion of recurring / non-recurring journal entries, review financial statement variances for reasonableness, etc.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of account reconciliations and consistent/proper use of general ledger accounts
  • Assist with the research and implementation of technical accounting and disclosure matters, and develop comprehensive documentation that links our business unit accounting practices to the relevant accounting policies
  • Ensure SOX compliance over designated processes and controls
  • Support the internal and external audit process
  • Coordinate with other functional areas, such as Forecast, Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Risk, Tax, Treasury, IT, etc.
  • Assess current operating environment and drive process improvements utilizing latest technology for automation
  • Complete special projects, ad hoc requests, and support enterprise-wide initiatives such as acquisitions, new systems, automation projects, etc.



  • 3+ years of practical accounting experience
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • High level of written and oral communication skills - experience with preparing technical accounting documentation a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
