Opportunity to join the IT Enterprise Business Systems leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Business Systems, with competitive compensations:

Global responsibility for Logistics, Trade and Compliance, designing and implementing solutions to effectively service SAP users.
Lead the global SAP LTC team, comprising of 5-10 direct reports and further relationships with SAP business users.

Hybrid schedule, 2-days in office minimum
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
The SAP Business Systems Manager will be in a key role on digital automation initiatives, participating in largescale programs.
Lead global efforts for the design, development and maintenance of SAP systems and their processes.
Design, develop and implement processes that enhance the SAP landscape within the Logistics, Trade and Compliance areas.
The SAP Business Systems Manager will partner with the Global Process Owner and Global Business units as the technical SME for the Logistics, Trade and Compliance (LTC) workstream, supporting 5,500 end users.
The SAP Business Systems Manager will be a true player-coach, responsible for SAP upgrades, releases, infrastructure, data conversions, security, technical testing and managing system maintenance activities.
Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, vendors and users to understand business needs and enable business strategy through digital transformation initiatives.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
15+ years of experience in SAP support with a broad background working with and leading teams covering the Logistics, Trade and Compliance (LTC) scope.
Strong background in working with a diverse, global team supporting SAP Transportation Management, Global Trade, EHS and Warehouse Management functions.
Certification in an SAP module within LTC scope, preferred.
Ability to be a player-coach and solutions architect, understanding business processes from a customer's point of view and gather implicit requirements.
Curious and courageous leader who can demonstrate a "can-do" attitude.
