The Data Reporting Sr. Analyst supports the organization's global customer relationship management (CRM) technology instance for sales reporting.
This job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by managing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform.
This job assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk.
This job also is responsible for activities associated with ongoing enhancements and integrations, including business requirements, documentation, testing, and training.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills
Performs application configuration and customization (e.g., managing pick lists, developing workflows), including testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency.
Performs user support to analyze and resolve simple to complex application issues.
Drives user adoption of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and ensures that users are able to navigate the application.
Manages and maintains data within the CRM to ensure data adheres to data standards.
Recommends and implements data quality processes and provides sign off on data-related changes.
Identifies gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
Partners with information technology (IT) partners to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provides detailed business requirements for CRM developers.
Develops, documents, and executes test plans to assess business processes.
Assists and advises technical architects on design decisions, both within the CRM technology and other connected applications.
