  • The Data Reporting Sr. Analyst supports the organization's global customer relationship management (CRM) technology instance for sales reporting.
  • This job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by managing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform.
  • This job assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk.
  • This job also is responsible for activities associated with ongoing enhancements and integrations, including business requirements, documentation, testing, and training.

Required Skills
  • Performs application configuration and customization (e.g., managing pick lists, developing workflows), including testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Performs user support to analyze and resolve simple to complex application issues.
  • Drives user adoption of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and ensures that users are able to navigate the application.
  • Manages and maintains data within the CRM to ensure data adheres to data standards.
  • Recommends and implements data quality processes and provides sign off on data-related changes.
  • Identifies gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
  • Partners with information technology (IT) partners to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provides detailed business requirements for CRM developers.
  • Develops, documents, and executes test plans to assess business processes.
  • Assists and advises technical architects on design decisions, both within the CRM technology and other connected applications.
