LOCATION: Ft Mill, SC (near Carowinds) onsite
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for all of the sales and use tax revenue calculations and filings.
Maintaining accurate filing and timely filings for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use and scrap tax returns and payments to avoid penalties.
Lead sales and scrap tax audits as they occur.
Monthly reconciliation of sales tax and scrap tax accounts on the general ledger.
Communication with external vendors and customers as needed, including providing Snider’s sales tax exemption forms to applicable vendors.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields and or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-5 years' experience within the industry or related management position.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.).
Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
