  • Create and manage a monthly sales action plan to engage franchisee leads
  • Schedule prospects for follow up consultation with a sales representative
  • Communicate new franchise information with Operations and Technical Teams
  • Organize and store necessary franchise information in Salesforce
  • Create start-up forms for all new franchisees
  • Establish website addresses
  • Create agenda and coordinate key support from other departments for franchise discovery days
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-Secondary education in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience with SMARTSHEET, Salesforce, and mapping programs is preferred
  • Ability to resolve conflicts promptly and effectively
  • Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and/or customer-focused experience
