BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Sustainable SIOP Process: Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and demand management with a focus on developing robust SIOP processes. Previous work in risk management and crisis resolution is beneficial.
  • Improving Supply Chain Performance: Strong background in building scalable systems and enhancing performance metrics in supply chain and sales operations. Experience in engaging employees and delighting customers.
  • Best-in-Class Supply Chain: In-depth knowledge of technology platforms, sales and operations planning, and logistics solutions. Proven success in achieving best-in-class performance in these areas.
  • Long-Term Planning Alignment: Background in strategic planning, growth management, and expansion planning in relevant industries. Experience with organic and inorganic growth strategies is valuable.
  • Standards and Efficiency: Expertise in sales planning, process management, and order accuracy. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and managing projects. Strong communication skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management) or extensive related experience. Proven experience in industrial services, sales, or customer service with documented successes and accomplishments.
