Summary/Objective
• Creates and uses evaluation tools and methodologies to evaluate effectiveness of development and recognition program
• Assist with planning and execution of annual sales incentive trip
• Communicates and promotes program benefits to key stakeholders
• May assist with design and development of curriculum using appropriate learning methodology including e-learning.
• Assists with performance consulting leading to development of performance solutions
• Markets development resources and communicates programs and curriculum to key stakeholders
• Provide reporting on employee recognition programs
• Manage relationships with external vendors
• Influence program priorities and strategy through data driven decisions
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seeks out new and improved reporting
• Communicates ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
Essential Functions
As a Specialist, you'll lead the management of our internal sales recognition and development program across multiple regions of the company. You'll have opportunities to work with business leaders to consult on their region’s individual sales development and recognition needs. Ultimately, helping each region move towards their desired goals. Great communication skills and ability to think outside the box will be a must in this role!

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. Must be able to sit for long periods. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Knoxville location. – maybe make a case to relocate w/o relo assistance but really pushing not to.
Must haves: X factor things. Great Communication with culture of markets- speaking with regional directors, ability to work with data/data driven decisions. Elevate program- data analytics. Excel program decisions. Experience in a Learning development or employee reward programs. Retail / sales people experience in any form- managing or working on employee recognition.
