  • On-site in Fort Mill, SC......will offer hybrid flexibilty post ramp up period


WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 
  • This role will serve as a subject matter expert in the company's sales commission plan process
  • You will be responsible for measuring results in multiple sales plans within various departments and regions
  • You must be able to influence stakeholders and implement a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined by the owner of the plans
  • Independent judgement, and the development of strong relationships internally with executive management team members with be critical in being successful in this role
BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline is required
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects concurrently with exceptional time management skills
  • Excel, SQL, and other ICM program experience HIGHLY DESIRED
  • Detail oriented and able to keep up with a high volume role
