THE OPPORTUNITY Seeking Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst to support the Executive Vice President of Client Success in partnering with the sales and marketing teams to drive greater results with our revenue efforts. Ownership of weekly reports for the client success team and strategic accounts, tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends, and taking action to promote growth in both new and existing customers while ensuring accountability. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Responsible for generating reports based on sales and placement history for presentation both internally and to our clients.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices.
Work within our ATS to create and generate new reports based on weekly activity from the Client Success Team and other Divisions
Monitor sales pipeline of job orders, opportunities, and leads and provide insights to the EVP of Client Success and other leadership.
Provide analysis of sales trends and patterns across our clients and the general market that will allow the team to strategize and plan for future client and target outreach.
Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed to support sales initiatives.
Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, providing essential data to company leadership to drive results.
Work within multiple platforms including but not limited to Bullhorn and ZoomInfo to gather and analyze data and activity while also utilizing both Excel and PowerPoint
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of professional work experience in an analytical position.
Experience analyzing sales data and developing reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
Ability to generate reports and provide analysis of trends and patterns is required.
Experience presenting on trends, not just collecting the data.
Familiar with ZoomInfo, Canvas, and Bullhorn is preferred but not required.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
