WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
 

  • Actively support BU head in calendar management, travel planning, management of tradeshows.
  • Maintain outside independent contracts/CDA’s for PHT
  • Support sales goals by coordinating monthly forecast by sales reps.
  • Salesforce management and maintenance, account/contact management, updates on contact roles etc.
  • Serve as liaison between sales team and BU management.
  • Implement sales methodology practices within the sales process.
  • Assist with onboarding of sales associates.
  • Manage company supplier diversity program, customer satisfaction surveys, and sales team SOP’s.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Min. bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years admin experience
  • “can do” Attitude required.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills needed.
  • Salesforce exp preferred.
  • Microsoft Office exp required.
