WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Part of core RPA Team responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions.
Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions
Manage, expand and mature RPA CoE capabilities by standardizing the framework for automation deployment so that it can execute projects that has faster time to market.
Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using 3rd Party Automation tools.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements
Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers
Generate detailed system requirements with cost projections, cost benefit analysis and ROI
Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms - .NET / VB / VC++ / C++ / J2EE - experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred.
Experience in new development projects is highly preferred
Experience in Test-driven (TDD) development is highly preferred.
Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
Partner with process analysts and technical leadership to provide input to the automation opportunities in terms of potential solution design and level of effort
Implemented RPA solutions using UIPath and Pega Robotics
3+ yrs using 3rd Party Automation Platforms like Pega Robotics, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
