WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Part of core RPA Team responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions.
  • Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions
  • Manage, expand and mature RPA CoE capabilities by standardizing the framework for automation deployment so that it can execute projects that has faster time to market.
  • Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
  • Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
  • Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
  • Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using 3rd Party Automation tools.
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
  • Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns 
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements
  • Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers
  • Generate detailed system requirements with cost projections, cost benefit analysis and ROI

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms - .NET / VB / VC++ / C++ / J2EE - experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred.
  • Experience in new development projects is highly preferred
  • Experience in Test-driven (TDD) development is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in VB Script and JavaScript.
  • Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
  • Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
  • Partner with process analysts and technical leadership to provide input to the automation opportunities in terms of potential solution design and level of effort
  • Implemented RPA solutions using UIPath and Pega Robotics
  • 3+ yrs using 3rd Party Automation Platforms like Pega Robotics, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
