Integrate commercial plan strategic actions into on-going customer plan based on dynamic situation and competitive actions
Secure executive and cross-functional alignment through Planning Sell-in sessions and deliver cascaded Rate and Revenue growth targets while integrating commercial strategies and objectives, historical performance trends, and macro factors
Facilitates forecasting (CP3) and Tracking, Monitoring by driving dynamic forecast process for detailed volume and Revenue metrics in accordance with business planning calendar
Leads Customer Revenue Management by managing customer-specific Price Package Plans to optimize Revenue and Profit performance vs provided targets and objectives
