WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process for a variety of requisitions up to executive level, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, communicating status to candidates, coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Maintain meticulous data via our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Utilize multiple search tools and tactics to identify talent in the market.
  • Conduct initial screens of potential candidates and present to recruitment team.
  • Use a metric driven approach to track and run pipelines and provide constant reports on pipelines.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 3+ years’ experience in the staffing/recruiting industry, Corporate HR, or RPO setting.
  • Ability to source candidates utilizing job boards, referral programs, and internet/social media platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficient utilizing MS Office
