WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • PMO support for HR SteerCo sitting above all the HR workstreams, interacting with overall SMO, managing RAIDI and cross-functional interdependencies
  • Advise HR Steering Committee on risks, issues, interdependencies, and potential workarounds
  • Work in tandem with the broader SMO teams to align overall HR Project Support Team activities and deliverables
  • Provide ongoing project oversight, status reporting, RAIDI log maintenance, and issue tracking and resolution
  • Ensure cross-functional interdependencies are communicated and managed and change implications are properly assessed
  • Work closely with Global HR function, HR PMO Lead and HR workstream leads to develop high-level HR spin-off roadmap

 

DELIVERABLES

  • Lead HR SteerCo and drive progress on execution
  • Weekly status reporting protocols and dashboards in alignment with SMO teams
  • RAIDI (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, interdependencies) and coordinate cross-function communication
  • Cross-functional interdependency meetings and updates
  • Overall HR project timeline
  • Collaborate with Change and Communications workstream lead to identify key themes and messages for employee communications, talking points and FAQs
