WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
  • Responsible for requirements gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system needs.
  • Responsible for testing and end-user reviews/support throughout implementation as well as post-implementation support.
  • Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
  • Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
  • Participate in design sessions for prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
  • Update/coordinate system configuration changes to enable new processes.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and any required enhancements
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and/or potential issues in enterprise operating systems.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or 4 + years of related experience required.
  • 3+ years' experience with MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics F&O experience preferred.
  • Extensive practical knowledge importing data for reports
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Understanding of SQL Reporting and relational databases (SSRS, SSIS).
  • At least 3 years in Database/Reporting Software, Microsoft Power BI or other related visualization tools
  • 2+ years working in Microsoft Power Platform
