  • Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines.
  • Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts.
  • Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process.
  • Compile reports and statistical data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods
  • Basic data entry and word processing skills
  • Quality Control oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
