THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:

  • Responsible for performing cash management, accounting, and system support for onboarded dealers in the Remarketing Department. Responsibilities
  • Properly validating funding transactions and research discrepancies of documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Responsibility for coordinating, monitoring, and tracking of SmartAuction contractual agreement and purchase orders.
  • Participates in validating and reconciliation of incentive programs.
  • Provides daily support for trouble shooting SmartAuction payment related concerns
  • Follow audit processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately
  • Communication with Sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any system issue related to business processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Mandatory Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment
  • Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office with general database query skills.
  • Proficient in the use of the internet
  • Thorough understanding of inspection process.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to present to large groups and executive levels
