WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, train and develop staff and maintain important documentation
Support the region in executing an effective recruiting strategy and work with the Recruiter to source qualified candidates
Coach and counsel employees regarding policies and procedures, leadership skills and development, sexual harassment, talent acquisition, terminations, and benefits
Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations; deliver training to maintain compliance
Responsible for supporting the field operations with safety initiatives, handle OSHA logs and process worker’s compensation claims
PROFILE FOR SUCCESS
6+ years of work experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now
Must be able to travel to all branches within the region
