  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, train and develop staff and maintain important documentation
  • Support the region in executing an effective recruiting strategy and work with the Recruiter to source qualified candidates
  • Coach and counsel employees regarding policies and procedures, leadership skills and development, sexual harassment, talent acquisition, terminations, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations; deliver training to maintain compliance

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 6+ years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now
