WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manage majority Midwest territory encompassing 40-50 franchise locations.
  • Maintain and grow franchise volume and profit.
  • Serve as liaison between franchisees and franchise support center departments.
  • Train franchisees on new products, processes, applications, equipment maintenance, and sales.
  • Maintain appropriate record of all franchise contacts, needs, and successes.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a franchise environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% (three weeks per month).
