THE OPPORTUNITY The IT Recruiting Manager’s primary function is to drive candidate recruiting activities for open and active searches within the organization. The goal of the Recruiting Manager is to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates within a specific talent communities and skills sets and match those candidates to contract and direct hire searches within our clients. LOCATION
Onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina with opportunity to earn days remote
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the team of Recruiters to meet production as a player/coach. 75% production 25% coaching.
Recruit and conduct 10+ video interviews per week or whatever it takes to successfully fulfill the needs of the projects and positions we are awarded
Lead the team on the AccruePartners Business System project prep/culture overviews, meet the team, weekly 1:1 check-ins, monthly team check-ins, birthday and anniversary recognition, etc.
Complete Delivery Tracking document and other record and deliver other related information as deemed appropriate for project/team tracking and internal and client stakeholder meetings and updates
Facilitating the high touch recruiting strategy utilizing our recruiting ecosystem including automation, offshoring and internal recruiting team.
Attend intake calls and meetings to discuss current and forecasted hiring, document and communicate results internally, write-up then post jobs and support delivery activities.
Lead Recruiters as a player/coach, actively engaged on searches to get results for our clients by thoroughly vetting talent and helping the recruiting team determine quality talent in the market.
Support submission and tracking of candidates through Bullhorn, and various other systems based on setup and engagement of client
Build and foster solid relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
3+ years of client-facing full-cycle recruiting experience in the information technology space
Prior Agency Recruiting experience is recruited
Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.
Must have the ability to lead a team as a player/coach
Extremely detail and process-oriented – organizational skills are key!
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly polished, and professional environment.
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills are required.
Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.
Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
